Mt 22:28: ἐν τῇ ἀναστάσει οὖν τίνος τῶν ἑπτὰ ἔσται γυνή;

Mk 12:23: ἐν τῇ ἀναστάσει ὅταν ἀναστῶσιν τίνος αὐτῶν ἔσται γυνή;

Lk 20:33: ἡ γυνὴ οὖν ἐν τῇ ἀναστάσει τίνος αὐτῶν γίνεται γυνή;

Οὐ διὰ τοῦτο πλανᾶσθε μὴ εἰδότες τὰς γραφὰς μηδὲ τὴν δύναμιν τοῦ Θεοῦ;

Mt 22:32: Ἐγώ εἰμι Θεὸς Ἀβραὰμ καὶΘεὸς Ἰσαὰκ καὶΘεὸς Ἰακώβ;

Mt Mk Lk
Mt 22:23: On that day Sadducees, came to Him, Mk 12:18: And Sadducees, come to Him. Lk 20:27: And some of the Sadducees, having approached,
those saying who say the ones denying
there is no resurrection, there is not a resurrection, there is a resurrection,
and they questioned Him, And they began questioning Him, questioned Him,

Mt 22:24: saying,

saying,

Lk 20:28: saying,

“Teacher, Moses said,

Mk 12:19: “Teacher, Moses wrote for us,

“Teacher, Moses wrote to us
‘If anyone should die not having children, that if anyone’s brother should die and leave behind a wife and not leave children, if anyone’s brother should die having a wife, and he is childless,
his brother will marry his wife that his brother should take the wife that his brother should take the wife
and will raise up offspring for his brother.’ and raise up seed for his brother. and should raise up seed to his brother.

Mt 22:25: Now there were seven brothers among us;

Mk 12:20: There were seven brothers;

Lk 20:29: Therefore there were seven brothers.

and the first having married and the first took a wife, And the first, having taken a wife,
died, and not having seed, he left his wife to his brother. and dying, left no seed. died childless;

Mt 22:26: Likewise also the second, and the third, unto the seventh.

Mk 12:21: And the second took her, and died, not having left seed. And the third likewise.

Mk 12:22: And the seven left no seed.

Lk 20:30: and the second

Lk 20:31: and the third took her; and likewise also the seven did not leave children and died.

Mt 22:27: And last of all, the woman died.

Last of all, the woman also died.

Lk 20:32: Finally the woman also died.

Mt 22:28: In the resurrection, therefore, of which of the seven will she be wife?

Mk 12:23: In the resurrection, when they rise, of which of them will she be wife?

Lk 20:33: Therefore in the resurrection, the woman, whose wife does she become?

For all had her.” For the seven had her as wife.” For the seven had her as wife.”

Mt 22:29: And, Jesus answering said to them,

Mk 12:24: Jesus was saying to them,

Lk 20:34: And Jesus said to them,

“You err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God.

Mt 22:30: For in the resurrection, neither do they marry, nor are given in marriage,

“Do you not err because of this, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God?

Mk 12:25: For when they rise out from [the] dead, neither do they marry, nor are given in marriage;

“The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage.

Lk 20:35: But those having been considered worthy to obtain that which [is] to the age, and the resurrection which [is] from [the] dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage.

but they are like angels in heaven. but they are like angels in the heavens.

Lk 20:36: For neither are they able to die any more, for they are like [the] angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

Mt 22:31: And concerning the resurrection of the dead,

Mk 12:26: And concerning the dead, that they rise,

Lk 20:37: But that the dead are raised,

have you not read that which has been spoken to you by God, saying,

Mt 22:32: I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob?’

have you not read in the book of Moses on the bush, how God spoke to him, saying, ‘I [am] the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? even Moses showed at the bush, when he calls [the] Lord ‘the God of Abraham, and God of Isaac, and God of Jacob.’
He is not the God of [the] dead, but of [the] living.”

Mk 12:27: He is not God of [the] dead, but of [the] living. You err greatly.”

Lk 20:38: Now He is not God of [the] dead, but of [the] living; for all live to Him.”

Then Sadducees, who claim there is no resurrection, approached and asked him, saying,

“Teacher, Moses wrote that if a someone dies without a child, his brother should marry the woman and raise up offspring for his brother.

There were seven brothers. The first one married and died without having children.

Then the second and the third and likewise the seven.

Last of all, the woman died.

In the resurrection, whose wife will she be, since the seven had her?”

Jesus said to them, “After the resurrection, they neither marry nor are given in marriage but are like angels.

As for the dead being raised, (⎡Moses called|God said⎤) ‘⎡I am|the Lord is⎤ the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.’

He is not God of the dead, but of the living.”
