… Mt 12:8: For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” |
… Mk 2:28: So then, the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.” |
Lk 6:5: And He was saying to them, “The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” |
They were walking through the grain fields on the Sabbath. His disciples
picked the heads of grain.
The Pharisees said to him, “They doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath.”
He said to them, “Have you not read what David did when he was hungry as well as those with him?
How he entered the house of God and ate the bread of the Presence,
which was not lawful for anyone but the priests to eat?”
The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.”
