Mt 14:1: At that time Herod the tetrarch
heard the news of Jesus, Mt 14:2: and he said to his servants, “This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead, and because of this, the miraculous powers are working in him.” |
Mk 6:14: And King Herod heard; for His name became well known. And [people] were saying, “John, the [one] baptizing, is risen out from [the] dead, and because of this the miraculous powers operate in him.” | Lk 9:7: And Herod the Tetrarch heard of all the things being done, and was perplexed, because it was said by some that John has been raised out from [the] dead, |
Herod heard (about Jesus), … “John (the Baptist) was raised from the
dead.”
