Mt 5:29: εἰ δὲ ὁ ὀφθαλμός σου ὁ δεξιὸς σκανδαλίζει σε, ἔξελε αὐτὸν καὶ βάλε ἀπὸ σοῦ· συμφέρει γάρ σοι ἵνα ἀπόληται ἓν τῶν μελῶν σου καὶ μὴ ὅλον τὸ σῶμά σου βληθῇ εἰς γέενναν. Mt 5:29: And if your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and cast [it] from you. For it is better for you that one of your members should perish and not [that] your whole body should be cast into Gehenna. If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it; it is better for you that you ⎡lose a member|go one-eyed⎤ … than be thrown into Gehenna.
